Pierre Radisic

Pierre Radisic (La Hestre, Belgium, 1958) is diplomee from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Visuels de la Cambre (Bruxelles). His work is present in major European and Northern American collections. Pierre Radisic works mainly using thematic series par séries, maongst others : Portraits de couples, Variations sur Marilou, Waldzenen, Corps célestes, Pornscapes, Ars Musica, The Man Who Fell to Earth, Decisive Place…

His work is present in many artistical institutions, like Musée de l’Elysée de Lausanne, la Maison Européenne de la photographie in Paris, at the Centro de Fotografia in Santa Cruz, Tenerife, at tha Centre régional de la photographie Nord Pas-de-Calais, as well as at the Adler Planetarium – Astronomy Museum de Chicago.

He received the following distinctions :

  • Prix National Photographie Ouverte de Charleroi, 1982
  • Prix Fernand Dumeunier, Charleroi, 1983
  • Chicago Prize, 2007.

Pierre Radisic did teach, he directed workshops and made conferences on Photography in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain , Switzerland, Greece, Great Brintain and the U.S.A et aux Etats-Unis. He lives in Barcelona, Spain.
